Counsellor-Level Isolation

Advisors and counsellors are locked to their own assigned student portfolios. They cannot browse, view, or interact with student cases assigned to other advisors.

Branch Scoping

Limit data access by branch offices. Counselors at one branch office cannot view or edit student lists from another branch city, keeping branch records isolated.

Export Access Control

Delete Authorization Queues
